How do I use this website?

• For mobile devices click the three lines at the top left corner then click the size you're looking for, or browse All Available Items. For PC users simply browse by size or All Available Items.

How do I purchase an item?

• Take a screenshot or copy the name of the item you'd like to purchase and send us a DM on Instagram for prices. Or email us at order@copnewsneakers.com.

What payment options do you accept?

• Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Crypto, Cash

How will I receive my Item?

• We will arrange a local pick up (NJ only) or we will ship your item via UPS or USPS to anywhere in the world. Shipped orders will include a tracking number immediately after payment via Instagram DM or email.

What if you don't have my size or an item I want?

• Simply send us a DM on Instagram or email us at order@copnewsneakers.com. Include the item you'd like and your size and we will provide you with a price and timeframe for receiving your item.

Where are your prices?

• The price of our items fluctuates based on the market. Because of this, combined with how much inventory we have, we cannot have set prices. If we did, at times, certain prices would be too high or too low. To avoid this issue we will provide you with a fair and competitive price for all items via DM on Instagram or via email at order@copnewsneakers.com.

Where are you located?

• We are based in Morris County, NJ. However, we ship all over the world and offer local pick-ups.

Is this a legitimate business?

• Yes, we have been in business for several years, have made thousands of sales, and have customer references which can be found here. We pride ourselves on being fair, transparent, and honest.
